Also, jennifer and husband Marc Anthony have filed a lawsuit against the Silver Cross company for using a photo of them to reportedly sell baby strollers.

The lawsuit claims Silver Cross, “knowingly and intentionally misappropriated and used the names, images, likenesses and photographs of Lopez and Anthony to market and sell Defendants’ line of high-end baby carriages throughout the world.”

Jennifer enjoyed a casual lunch at Mauro’s Cafe in West Hollywood with a group of friends including King Of Queens star Leah Remini.

It was a low-key outing for Jennifer, who had a busy weekend organising birthday celebrations for her twins Max and Emme.

Along with husband Marc, she thew a party at her Bel Air home on Saturday for the twins.

Around 50 guests turned out for the afternoon gathering, including Nicole Richie and her daughter Harlow, 1.

On Sunday, the twins’ actual birthday, J.Lo passed up an invite to the Academy Awards to spend the day with her children.

She was among a host of stars who skipped the event including Katie Holmes, Tom Cruise, Leonardo DiCaprio, George Clooney, Scarlett Johansson and Julia Roberts.

Jennifer and Marc have silenced rumors of an impending split by performing a romantic duet at a party celebrating the inauguration of President Barack Obama.

Anthony was performing at the Western Ball in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday night after Obama was officially welcomed into the White House.

Anthony praised his wife throughout his set and before launching into his decade old-hit, “You Sang to Me,” he told the crowd, “I wrote this next song about Jennifer. I must have been psychic”.

And for his final song, Anthony welcomed his wife onto the stage, inviting her to sing an upbeat ballad with him in Spanish.

The couple embraced and shared a lingering kiss at the end of the performance, with Anthony telling the audience, “Man, she’s cute.”

Puerto Rican-descents Marc and Jennifer are currently about to close a deal and purchase an estate at the Trump International Golf Club Residences in Río Grande, Puerto Rico, according to several local real estate sources.

During their recent visit to the island, where they spent the Christmas holidays, New Year’s Eve and attended Governor Luis Fortuño’s inauguration, the couple also visited the estates, which are still under construction.

“The couple is interested in the Founder Residences, which are the developments first 56 homes and which will make them founder club members with perks such as access to private jet and helicopter and limo services,” a real estate source told Caribbean Net News.

The first 56 founder residences are expected to be completed before March, when the next PGA tournament is held at the Trump International Golf Club and Residences. Founder residence home prices range from $1.4 million to $5 million.

During last year’s tournament, some 75,000 visitors were able to experience the sophisticated lifestyle and luxurious amenities the development will offer. Donald Trump was also extremely pleased with the property itself stating, “The first residences look excellent and provide a glimpse to what is to be expected at this resort community. I’ve never had a project with so much oceanfront… no matter where you look, there are beautiful water views.”

Jennifer leaves the Beverly Hills Hotel for her appointment at the Sonya Dakar Skin Clinic on Tuesday.

Jen will be starring in The Governess, a romantic comedy where she will play a professional thief who has to pose as a nanny in order to pull off a heist and take care of a rich widower’s three unruly children.

When she starts to fall for the kids and their dad, she must decide if she can give up her shady past for a chance at a normal life.

The Governess was written by Kevin Wade, who also wrote Maid in Manhattan. Shooting is scheduled to begin in the fall in Massachusetts.

After a fun-filled European vacation with husband Marc (who´s been performing in Europe),  Jennifer returned to work this week – and she looked fabulous in a Fifties-style red and white dress.

She turned up to a magazine photoshoot looking ultra-glamorous in a prom-style Oscar de la Renta Resort 2009 dress.

She posed next to the designer for the shoot, which is thought to be her first since her twins, Max and Emme, were born this summer.

After a two-year break, Jennifer  is set to return to her movie career later this summer, in “Love and Other Impossible Pursuits” and “The Governess”.

Jennifer has closed her Pasadena, California, restaurant.

The posh diner, Madres, opened for business in April 2002, with a star-studded launch party attended by Nicole Kidman, Christian Slater and Jennifer’s then-boyfriend Ben Affleck.

The restaurant, which once featured Jennifer’s ex-husband Ojani Noa among its managers, closed its doors for the last time on July 1, according to TMZ.com.

A sign outside the restaurant states Madres is closed “until further notice.”

The “El Cantante” co-star couple were spotted clad in their swimwear earlier today (July 4), enjoying the scenic landscape of Portofino, Italy alongside designer Stefano Gabbana.

Jennifer Lopez is being sued by a flight attendant who claims the pop star’s guard dog bit her on a plane two years ago. Lisa Wilson, 40, is seeking $5 million from Lopez, according to court papers filed yesterday. In related news, Jennifer will also be forced to testify in a lawsuit over a 1999 nightclub shooting involving her ex-boyfriend, Sean “Diddy” Combs.
